In the app
- Open “Talaba kun tartibi”.
- Profile → “Delete account”.
- Confirm.
Without the app
Write from the e-mail listed in HEMIS, or give your student number / employee ID, to support@optomax.uz. We delete the account within 7 days and reply.
What is deleted
- The account and all its sign-ins.
- The text of your messages and the files you sent (others see “Message deleted”).
- Groups you created as a teacher.
- Blocks and chat settings.
What is kept
Reports filed about rule-breaking are kept for up to 90 days for moderation. Your HEMIS account at the institute is not affected.
